Katie started at Armored Roofing in 2011 as a secretary, quickly advancing to office manager and later becoming a managing partner in 2022. In 2024, she became the company’s President and majority owner, making history as the first female to lead the company in its 70-year legacy. Dedicated to innovation and learning, Katie has modernized operations while preserving Armored Roofing’s core values. Her leadership ensures the company continues to deliver trusted roofing solutions for Texoma.

Richard began with Armored Roofing in 1976 as a general laborer, working his way through every role before becoming President in 1993, a position he held for 30 years. With nearly 50 years of experience, Richard remains actively involved in the company as Production Manager, overseeing operations and providing commercial and residential estimates. A member of RCAT for 49 years, Richard has served on its board for over 25 years and currently holds the role of Past President Council Chair. His dedication to the industry has earned him numerous honors, including the Curtis Blackwell Memorial Award and the President’s Gavel Award.

Freddie joined Armored Roofing in 1988 as a general laborer and rose through the ranks to become Vice President in 2005. He remains a managing partner, focusing on daily operations and delivering dependable roofing estimates. Known for his passion for roofing, Freddie continually expands his knowledge to ensure the company stays ahead of industry trends. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is central to Armored Roofing’s mission.
